Offering a full array of plastic-surgery services, including body contouring, the Center for Aesthetic, Reconstructive & Hand Surgery at Island Hospital has opened in the Medical Office Building. The Center's location in the lower level in the southeast corner offers quiet comfort and a near-private entry to the 2400-square-foot facility.

Island Hospital has been recognized as Employer of the Month for November 2011 by Chinook Enterprises in Mount Vernon for its work with Patient Access mail clerk Austin Schafer.

Dispose of Your Unused Medications Properly

 

It's important to properly dispose of prescription medications properly to avoid harm to others and the environment. The Anacortes Police Department now has a drug-collection box in their lobby that allows the public to bring unused drugs for proper disposal Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
