Laboratory/Pathology Services

The Island Hospital Laboratory is responsible for conducting body-fluid tests ordered by your physician as well as examing tissue samples obtained during surgery. Laboratory/pathology results are a central component of the diagnosis and treatment processes. Accuracy and promptness are hallmarks of our services.

HOURS

Monday - Friday -- 7:30 am to 6 pm
Saturday -- 8 am to 1 pm
Sunday -- Closed

We provide all of our services with a "customer-first" philosophy. The Island Hospital Laboratory provides essential services for inpatients and outpatients: local medical practices and clinics, as well as the range of needs of our acute-care facility.
