With the most recent spike in COVID-19 and the Omicron variant our Call Center, Clinics and Emergency Department (ED) have been experiencing record volumes, which mean extremely long wait times. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this extremely challenging time. Your kindness and understanding toward our staff who are experiencing the impacts of COVID-19 both professionally and personally, has a domino effect in our community. Please spread kindness.
Please note that the number one priority for an ED is to stabilize critically ill or seriously injured patients. We are obligated to care for the sickest patients first in the ED. A triage nurse will assess your condition shortly after you arrive. Currently, patients experiencing less severe conditions may wait for up to four (4) hours to see a provider.
