Island Hospital’s Merle Cancer Center is pleased to announce the showing of an exciting photographic art initiative, A Story Half Told.

This beautiful photographic exhibit aims to bring awareness and understanding to the public regarding metastatic breast cancer, and features women living with this disease, chronicled by well known photographers. These inspiring photographs will be displayed beginning Monday, February 20 through Friday, February 24, in the Merle Cancer Care Center lobby during regular business hours. This is open to the public, and all are welcome.

Please call (360) 588-2082 for more information.

“The time is now to begin the next phase of the breast cancer movement, where all people living with breast cancer — the early, the advanced and the metastatic — feel equally embraced”
