Healthy Sleep Habits

Join Bridgett Bell Kraft, MS, ARNP, FNP-BC, a provider with Island Hospital’s Sleep Wellness Center, for a review of healthy sleep habits to help you obtain a good night’s sleep. You will learn how to develop a good bedtime ritual and to identify those behaviors that interfere with getting quality sleep. We will outline normal sleep cycling and sleep patterns and how that impacts whether or not you wake up feeling refreshed in the morning.
