The Well Journey Adventure: Meditation 101

Mindful meditation, when combined with awareness of breath and posture, can effectively re-set and restore to balance many of your body’s systems. This can lead to greater focus; easier sleep; less anxiety; more capacity to meet life’s challenges, and ultimately, a greater sense of well-being. This virtual, introductory session is good for people of all ages and skill level. If you’re curious about developing a practice of meditation, this session is for you.
