Marsha is the primary source for patients who have questions about their account. She is kind and helpful to patients, taking the time to answer questions, address patients’ concerns about their accounts, help with billing issues and assist patients with payment plans. Marsha’s calm and gentle demeanor coupled with her confidence and knowledge of hospital policies and insurance claims is reassuring to the patient. Her interaction with patients is consistent every day, all day long; she treats every patient as if they were her first patient of the day. It is not surprising that her co-workers find her a joy to work with.
