Bio

Dr. Lohavanichbutr is a native of Thailand who attended medical school at Mahidol University, Ramathibodi Hospital in Bangkok.

He performed his Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at Meridia Huron Hospital in Cleveland OH; an additional Internal Medicine Residency at Mt. Sinai Medical Center at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland; a Cardiology Fellowship at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC, Canada and fellowships in Echocardiography and Interventional Cardiology, both at St. Paul’s Hospital at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver.

Dr. Lohavanichbutr joined Pacific Northwest Cardiology in May 2005 after four years as an Interventional Cardiologist at St. Alexius Medical Center in Bismarck, ND. He is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology.
