 Anne Blanchette PA-C Anne Blanchette PA-C

Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) Anne Blanchette earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in physiological psychology from the University of Washington in 1987 and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, in 1991. She achieved certification in that same year and has since routinely engaged in ongoing education.

Blanchette began her career at FHP, Agana Guam. Arriving in Oak Harbor in 1993, she has since worked as physician assistant (PA) for Coastal Government Services; acute care and emergency medicine at Naval Hospital Oak Harbor; Group Health Cooperative - Pacific Campus, Everett; North/South Whidbey Community Clinic; and Oak Harbor Internal Medicine. She worked for the Department of Defense, Naval Hospital Family Practice Clinic for seven years prior to joining AFM.

Sue Jordan PA-C  Sue Jordan PA-C

Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) Susan Jordan graduated from the Physician Assistant Program at Cook County Hospital/Chicago City Wide Colleges, Chicago. She obtained her Associate in Applied Science as well as Bachelor and Master of Science degrees, Health Administration from Kennedy-Western University, Cheyenne, WY.

Prior to joining AFM in 2007, Jordan worked at Gila Valley Clinic, Safford, AZ, where her work was mainly focused on preventive healthcare and common health problems as well as diabetes, hypertension and metabolic syndrome. She was previously employed by Available Medical Care, Ft. Smith, AR, and Texas Tech University, El Paso.

 Morgan Merrill MD Morgan Merrill MD 

Morgan F. Merrill MD earned his Bachelor of Science degree in zoology from Idaho State University (ISU), Pocatello, graduating with high honors. He received his Medical Doctor degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center – College of Medicine (UNMC), Omaha, and served his residency and internship in family medicine at the Lincoln (NE) Medical Education Partnership-Lincoln Family Medicine Residency Program, where he was named 2011 Clinician of the Year.

Excelling throughout his academic career, Dr. Merrill was the recipient of six scholarships while studying at UNMC, and his efforts at ISU put him on the Dean’s List for College of Arts and Sciences each semester. He has been named to the National Dean’s List, Who’s Who Among America’s Colleges and Universities and is a member of Phi Kappa Phi honor society as well as Gamma Beta Phi honor and service society.

With a strong interest in providing services to underserved and rural populations, Dr. Merrill came to AFM from Douglas County Memorial Hospital/Prairie Health Clinic, Armour, SD, where his scope of practice included hospital and emergency medicine, gastrointestinal endoscopy, obstetrics and outpatient clinical medicine. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

 Tari Roche DO Tari Roche DO

Tari Lynn Roche DO earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in zoology and psychology from the University of Washington and a Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific (now Western University of Health Sciences). She served an internship and a family-practice residency at Riverside Osteopathic Hospital, Trenton, MI and a third-year post-graduate residency at Botsford General Hospital, Farmington Hills, MI.  

Prior to joining AFM in 2015, Dr. Roche was a staff physician in private practice in Watsonville, CA, at the Seamar Clinic, Marysville, WA and at the Cascade Valley/Smokey Point Family Medicine & Urgent Care Clinic, Arlington, WA. She also has worked for Planned Parenthood and specializes in primary care, women's health and well-child care.  

Dr. Roche served as Chief of the Family Practice Department, Watsonville Hospital and as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Western University of Health Sciences and at the Northwestern School of Osteopathic Medicine.  

Dr. Roche is certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Family Practitioners and is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Practitioners and the Washington Osteopathic Medical Association.
